Tarte is in the UK!! | Tartelette palette Review

Hay!! so you all will have noticed my blog has been a little absent for about a year and a bit or so, Honestly I found it hard to blog last year and had grown a little board and could never think about anything to blog about,  The past few weeks I have been thinking and realised I really miss blogging... so hear I am and im doing a review on the tarte tartelette palette.  

So since I have been out the blogging world for a while I have not got a clue when Tarte entered the UK world but they have and i'm so exited to be able to try these products that I have heard so much about. you can find Tarte on QVC in the UK and Sephora in the USA. 

So to start the review I would like to start by saying how beautiful is this packaging, it might just be me as i'm a sucker for anything purple but seriously ombray purple with gold righting = beautiful. 

only thing about this packaging is it loves finger prints and mine is already covered in them. 

So this palette is a great size and can fit perfectly in your handbag but it contains 12 different fully matte full sized eye shadows, meaning you can create many different looks with this palette. Might I also add the mirror in this palette is a supper good size. 

because all these shades are matte it means you can create really natural looking makeup even if its not actually that natural . this is the perfect palette for someone looking for the perfect transition colour as well. 

the colour option in this palette is great having the cooler and the warmer shades it also has some on the more purple side of the rank which I love as like I said before I'm a sucker for purple. 

This is the top row in the palette and the warmer of the colours, I tend to use these colours almost every day as I love force of nature and dreamer as transition colours and free spirit to blend out colours.  there well pigmented and blend really well. 

Now the next row is the more purple based colours I'm in love with the shade best friend its like natural but also purple at the same time. I also really like natural beauty because its a grate transition colour. 

  for the final row super mom is my favourite its perfect for blending and for highlighting. power player is also really pretty for the outer corners of the eyes and to smoke out the lower lash line. 

So all the tarte shades have Amazonian clay in them and there all super pigmented and so easy to blend out, these eye shadows tent to last on my eyes all day with a primer without any creasing or fading which is great as I hate when my eye shadow goes horrid. 

this is a great palette for people that are new to makeup to people that are makeup artists. its a great palette and a new staple to my collection . 

this palette retails for £32 in the UK but on a special price of £28.92 on QVC at the moment and also comes with a double ended supper soft brush! 

So at the moment I recommend you grab this palette up as you will not regret it.

My Obsession with Purple Lipstick ( A Overview)

Hay everyone, today i'm doing a post about my obsession with purple lipsticks. now I own alot of purple lipsticks but right now im just showing you my own personal ones and not my kit ones. 

so I have 9 purple lipsticks in my own collection and non of them are the same, there close but not the same. 

so first off we have UP The Amp from mac. this is quite a light mouve purple which im quite obsessed with. 

next is flat out fabulise which is a very pink toned purplely colour from mac. 

next is my new favorite macs heroin, this has just been released pernement at mac uk and I bought it the day it was released as I have wanted it for so long.

daddies little girl which is was limited edition at mac last year, its an amazing colour and im running very low on it. 

Airborn unicorn from lime crime. amazing amazing amazing is all i really have to say!!

d'lilac also from lime crime  which i havent used yet because its really crazy and it a pure lilac colour. 

misteriose mauve from dior, this is a mix between heroin and up the amp and I love it! 

shame from urban decay is a very very dark red purple its beautiful and when I first got it I wore it non stop

last we have venom from urban decay which is a pink toned purple and is lovely, havent worn it yet as just got it. 

so thats all my purples right now and I love them all. my own personal lipstick collection is starting to get big too now :)

Urban Decay Naked 3 review

Hay everyone, getting my mojo back hear and i'm doing blog posts in advance now woop. anyways this will probably be going up on my birthday so yay. anyways I will be the first to say this post is a little late as I did promise you all it in december and its now march woops ohh well at least I can give you a full review on my thoughts of it... anyways i'm going on and on and havent told you what this review is on , its on the urban decay naked 3 palette which came out the end of 2013. 

the naked 3 palette is the more pink toned palette of the 3 nakeds and everyone has there own opinion as the different tones sute different people eye colour and skin tone, for example I was working on a shoot a few weeks ago with a beautiful model called Alex and we were on about the naked palettes and she was saying that the naked 3 dose not sute her but she loves naked 2, then me personaly im a great fan of naked 3 because the tones in the palette sute me the best. 

I own all the naked palettes mainly because I am a makeup artist and these palettes are wonderful for brides so I like to have all of them so I can pick which would be best for each skin tone. 

anyways the texture of this palette is amazeballs so good but with all urban eyeshadows you will know you do get a lot of fall out which is something to watch for if you apply your foundation ect before you do eyeshadow. but the texture and picmintation is amazing, now telling the truth am a mac girl at heart and think there eyeshadows are better than these ones but this palette can not be missed as its supper good value retailing at £37 in the uk.

MAC A Fantasy of Flower Collection Haul

Hi everyone, another post I know its kind of crazy but I think im getting my blogging mojo back right now and have quite a few blog posts in mind, I was actully going to take a tone of pics for my blog today but I have become ill, better just be a 24 hour thing as im working tomorrow and friday then its my birthday so I really need to feal better for that. 

Anyways today my post is on a haul I did from MAC a fantasy of flower collection. god I loved this collection and wanted a few more bits but think I will wait and see when they come out on debenhams and also mac are bringing out some more amazing collections in the next few months aswell so going to save for them.

Anyways the good thing is this collection was avalable with your pro card  so I got this lot for about £36 or something. 

I bought the Perfect topping MSF. this is a beautiful MSF for highlighting I can not wait to use it, I think its a little simuler to soft and gental but I dont have it so will have to pick it up and have a look. these are £22 and is still avalable of selfridges and I think will be out on debenhams soon as well. 

Next I bought both the fluidlines from this collection, phlox garden is a beautiful purple which some people say is the fluid line of heroin lipstick, im actully going to be using this on saterday as winged eyeliner and im so exited. these retail for £15 and again is avalable on selfridges. the second one sassy moss. its a lovely light green cant wait to wair it as well.

February Favorites

Hi everyone, I know I must be one of the worst bloggers in the world, I dont know what is rong with me these days I used to blog all the time even when I found it hard to find time. Anyways I have decided to do a post today as I have been kicked out the living room as my mum and dad are rapping my 18th birthday pressents, ahhh i'm so exited I turn 18 on saterday only 3 days woop. but this also meens that february is almost over, some of you will be like WHAT like my post man forgetting that february is only 28 days long, ohh its so exiting can not wait for 1st of march. 

anyways the point of this post is to show you what I have been loving this month. so we shall begin!!

First of for foundation. Yes I have fallen in love with mac studio fix fluid for the thousand time in 4 years. I were NW10 in the foundation which is the lightest shade mac do and its a perfect match. I love how this foundation looks on my skin it gives me a perfect matt finish and I just top it of with translusant powder and bam its there all day long. 

Next I have my mac pinch o peach blush which I actully bought on the 2nd of march last time and I actully havent been loving it but the past month ohh its amazing gives me a nice flush to the cheeks. 

then we have the sleek brow duo. this is pretty much the same thing as the benefit one but this is like £6 or something. this is the best brow product I have used on myself in a long time. 

Lorial manga eye mascarra been using this since it came out and god I will be repurchising it as it is amazeballs like seriosly makes my eyelashes so long and lovely. 

Urban decay liquid liner in prefeshion. this is a really good liner, when I got my first one of these 2 years ago I hated it but I think they may have changed the formula and now I love it!

next is 2 lip products from lime crime, we have the pink velvetine which I have a review on, this lasts for so long on the lips and applyes perfectly to the lips. then we have airborn unicorn lipstick which is the perfect purple lipstick.  

last but not least is some of my mac eyeshadows. right now i'm loving rule eyeshadow which is a light orange, im loving pluff! eyeshadow and im loving shadowy lady as well. 

so thats all im really mentioning in todays post. what have you been loving this month ? anything you think I should buy?
